PRE-CRISIS STAGE:
The most responsible time to prepare for any eventuality is when there is no crisis on the radar screen. We help our clients proactively prepare for any eventuality by doing the following:

  • Conducting a full vulnerability audit (Highly recommended)
  • Putting together a detailed crisis and communications plan (Highly recommended)
  • Holding crisis exercises
  • Working with our clients to monitor their environment to ensure all issues and events that could arise and cause a crisis are identified and dealt with as soon as possible

    CRISIS STAGE:
Reactive crisis management is the most difficult to carry out as all parties are working in a defensive position and the odds are stacked against them. When we are called in to deal with a crisis that has already taken place, we:

  •
  • Gather the necessary information
  • Put together a crisis plan in a short space of time
  • Rapidly deploy the crisis plan
  • Conduct a detailed situational post mortem when the crisis is over

    POST-CRISIS STAGE:
Once the crisis is over, it is critical to analyse the entire crisis from beginning to end to understand what went wrong. Some of the services we offer for this phase of crisis management include:

  • Post-crisis assessments (also called a crisis post mortem) are conducted to look at the event in its entirety and identify what caused the crisis so that measures can be put in place to ensure the event never happens again
  • PR maintenance campaign through affiliate PR consultancy Strategy One Communications. This simply gets positive news and opinion to the media and the public

All work undertaken is strictly confidential and we work either on a project, retainer or hourly basis. We also offer a 24hr service to our clients.
